AKSENOV DISPLAY
The Aksenov Display typeface was created for iRZ Electronics. This is the basis for the Cyrillic letters VESNA from the original plate from the tape recorder. The tape recorder was created at the Zaporozhye Electric Plant in Soviet times and first went on sale in 1972.
Today, focusing on the nature of the letters VESNA, I have developed a typeface that helps the company combine several of its own products based on a single font. The typeface was developed in 2023 and named after the founder of the company.
I've also made a vector drawing of the tape recorder and placed it amongst the glyphs. This is the continuity of the reference that started the new story. By the way, the tape recorder is still working (and doesn't even jam a tape)
